Schedule & Setup

  • Load-in: 9:30 AM (day of marketplace)

  • Marketplace Hours: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    (Final day assignment and detailed instructions will be sent in your confirmation email.)

After You Register

  1. Check your email for the confirmation + vendor packet.

  2. Reply with your business name, logo, and social handles for promo placement.

  3. Bring your table display, signage, payment options (cashless recommended), and any permits you require.

Policies

  • Fee: $50.00 per vendor table

  • Space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another approved vendor up to 14 days before the event (email us to arrange).
